Master plan for Valdebebas, Madrid
Valdebebas is one of Madrid's largest town planning developments in recent years. Located in the northeast of the city beside the Adolfo Suárez Airport, it has a buildable area of 2.500.000 m2 m2 for residential and tertiary use.
The master plan developed by Prointec consists of an urban plan based on responsible social and environmental criteria, taking into account its progressive development over time and incorporating the technical standards of Smart Cities. Valdebebas is located around a high-performance urban park in a new and iconic woodland area in Madrid.
